Basecamps: your mid-walk pit stops

Curated day spots — picnic meadows, riverside benches and cafe stops — now sit between your trails on Discover, on the map, and in Saved. Perfect for the coffee break, the packed-lunch bench, or the quick pub pint after a muddy loop.
- •Brand-new "Basecamps nearby" strip on Discover with a "Perfect lunch stop" filter that surfaces spots with a cafe, nearby pub or picnic tables.
- •Full amenity picture on every basecamp — toilets, car park, shop, pub nearby, picnic tables, BBQ area and dog wash — not just the original three.
- •Share your own basecamp photos, just like on trails and campsites. Uploads are now capped at 35 MB and quietly compressed to keep things fast on 4G.
- •Save a basecamp offline and it lands in your Saved menu with the correct basecamp card — amenities, energy match, transit distance and all.
Trail polish

A round of small comfort tweaks so the app feels a little smoother wherever you tap.
- •Trail pins now drop right at the trailhead where you actually start walking — no more parking in a hedgerow by mistake.
- •Saved walks show a small "Ready offline" badge on the Discover feed and your Saved list so you know at a glance what's on your phone.
- •The Saved walks page now tells you exactly how much phone space your offline library is using, with a one-tap way to free things up.
